This building is coming down on the 4th, so there are NO alternatives for removal. If you cannot make it during the listed times, Please DO NOT Bid.

Buyers to supply own help, tools(when needed), boxes, etc. for removal of their purchases. If a picture shows an item attached to a wall, it is Still There. So Please plan accordingly for your purchases.

If you forgot your bid number & password, Click the "Register to Bid" link at the top of the page. Enter in your e-mail address in the box just under "Forgot your password", you will be e-mailed your bidder number and password.

Purchases over $500 require cash or cashiers check made payable to SCL only - No Split Payments - No Exceptions.

If paying with credit card, you must call on Friday, August 1st between 10am and 12pm to pay. NO credit cards will be accepted for payment at removal site.

Terms: All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, AND WITH ALL FAULTS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied by All-Bid or Seller. Buyer assumes complete and sole responsibility for inspection of items prior to bidding and relies solely on its own inspection as to condition and value of items. All-Bid relies on item information that is provided by the seller. All-Bid does not investigate information, and makes no representation or warranty concerning the truth or completeness of that information. For the bidders’ convenience, photographs are provided, but shall not be used to create representations or warranties of any kind pertaining to the items and buyer waives any claims against All-Bid and/or seller relating to item photographs or descriptions.

There is a 13% Buyers Premium (13% BP) on this auction.
All NON-Credit/Debit Card payments MADE IN-FULL (invoiced amount) will receive a 3% Reduction in Buyers Premium (10% BP).

MN State Sales Tax will be added to all auctions including buyers premium. If Purchasing for tax-exemption You Must bring a copy or form with your Tax Exemption Certificate or information.

Accepted Payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Personal Check, Business Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order made out to SCL only.
Purchases over $500.00 require cash or cashiers check Payable to SCL only-No Split Payments Allowed.

All items will be required to be removed with-in the removal dates and times listed above. The Physical removal of lots purchased will be the responsibility of the buyer. The Buyer will be responsible for any and all damages that may occur during the removal of items.
