All NON-Credit/Debit Card payments MADE IN-FULL (invoiced amount) will receive a 3% Reduction in Buyers Premium (10% BP). Credit Cards are accepted up to $1,000.00. Purchases over $1,000 require cash or cashiers check(Payable to NCS Nicholsen Consulting Service only. All items will be required to be removed with-in the removal dates and times listed above. The Physical removal of lots purchased will be the responsibility of the buyer. The Buyer will be responsible for any and all damages that may occur during the removal of equipment.
