If you are unable to pick up items on the listed day and have not made Prior Arrangements, we ask that you please Do Not Bid.
Any requests for alternate pick-up dates after 6pm of the auction ending date, and we are able to accommodate, will be charged a $25 alternate pick-up date service fee. Contact Larry at 612-709-2754 for options.
This auction features a "Staggered Closing" with 3 items closing per minute and each item will stay open for bidding until there are no bids placed in the last three minutes of its posted time remaining.
If you forgot your bid number & password, Click the "Register to Bid" link at the top of the page. Enter in your e-mail address in the box just under "Forgot your password", you will be e-mailed your bidder number and password.
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, AND WITH ALL FAULTS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied by All-Bid or Seller. Buyer assumes complete and sole responsibility for inspection of items prior to bidding and relies solely on its own inspection as to condition and value of items. All-Bid relies on item information that is provided by the seller. All-Bid does not investigate information, and makes no representation or warranty concerning the truth or completeness of that information. For the bidders’ convenience, photographs are provided, but shall not be used to create representations or warranties of any kind pertaining to the items and buyer waives any claims against All-Bid and/or seller relating to item photographs or descriptions. No Allowance will be made for Errors in Descriptions, Defects, or Imperfections Not Noted in auction description or Disclosed by Seller. It is the Bidders Sole Responsibility to inspect items.
There is a 10% Buyers Premium, 13% if paying by Credit Card (for totals $500 & under) for this auction.
Bidding will be extended for 3 minutes on item(s) bid on in the last 3 minutes of its posted end time until no futher bids are placed.
State Sales Tax will be added to all Auctions (If you are tax exempt, please bring a copy of your ST3 form in order to have tax removed from your purchase). When and where State Sales Tax is applicable it will be invoiced on top of the sale price plus buyer's premium since the buyer's premium is considered part of the sales price in accordance with state law.
Accepted Payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Personal Check, Business Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order. All checks & money orders are to be made out to SCL only.
Credit Cards and personal/business checks are accepted up to $500. Purchases over $500.00 require cash or cashiers check (Payable to SCL) only.
All items will be required to be removed with-in the removal dates and times listed above. The Physical removal of lots purchased will be the responsibility of the buyer. The Buyer will be responsible for any and all damages that may occur during the removal of equipment.
